What We're Built On
Beecham Outdoor Living started in 2016 as a division of Beecham Builders after our owner, Jason, went searching for the right outdoor solution for his own home. He wanted true protection from sun and weather, with the freedom to open the space up and still enjoy natural light through the windows of his home.
His research led him to Arcadia Building Products (now StruXure), and he knew right away it was something special we needed to bring to Michigan. We quickly learned that powered weather screens were the perfect complement to louvered pergolas, so we expanded our offerings to help clients enjoy even more comfort, privacy, and protection.
We started with a few installations, then a few more, and by year three we got very focused because we realized we were building something that solved real problems for our clients. Today, we’ve completed hundreds of installations across Michigan, creating outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of the home and are built to perform in our climate.
As a builder, we bring a higher level of planning and construction knowledge to every project, from layout and structural details to final fit and finish. All installations are completed by our inhouse team of certified installers, which allows us to maintain quality control, consistency, and true accountability from start to finish.
We stand behind what we build, and we live by a simple promise: if we wouldn’t put it on our own homes, we won’t put it on yours.
